served over sweet corn risotto with basil pesto and tomato couilis

Mussels Blanco

served with julienne leeks, red pepper and a pernod cream sauce

(choose one of the following)

 

Caesar  

creamy garlic-lemon dressing with homemade croutons

Mixed Greens

made with North Fork fresh vegetables and your choice of dressing

Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato

with homemade mozzarella, sliced red onion, basil pesto and reduced balsamic

 

Entrees

 

-16 oz. Marinated grilled Rib-Eye Steak-

topped with crumbled bleu cheese, fried onions and whiskey bourbon sauce

-Broiled Seafood Platter-

shrimp, scallops, flounder, clams and lobster tail broiled in lemon &white wine

-Roasted Long Island Duckling-

with reduced mandarin glaze and vegetable wonton

5-Spiced Tuna

with shrimp basmati rolls, grilled asparagus, sweet wasabi and pickled ginger
